In your email inquiry, please specify your arrival and departure dates, your phone number, and your email address.
A $300 security deposit will be collected from you to hold the reservation. The total rental balance is due two months before your arrival date. After your stay, the local property manager will perform an inspection of the house. The $300.00 security deposit will be refunded to you after a satisfactory report from property manager is received.

Rates are in U.S. Dollars. Credit Card payment is available through PayPal. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Sales Tax: a 13% sales tax applies to all rentals.
Fees: our management company requires two fees: a $65 accident insurance fee and an $85 cleaning fee.
- If your reservation is for one week (7 days) or more, the insurance and cleaning fees will be waived.
- If your reservation is for 4-6 nights, the insurance fee will be waived, but the $85 cleaning fee will be applied.
- If your reservation is for 3 nights or less, both fees will be applied.

PayPal™ Payment Tips and Instructions
Renters can use a credit card to make payment through PayPal. For payments of more than $750 U.S. Dollars, PayPal requires the renter's account to be linked to the renter's personal bank account (“Verified” in PayPal terminology which removes sending limits).
Secure PayPal accounts can be set up at www.paypal.com. Information about verifying accounts is available when you create an account or through PayPal's help menu.
There are two ways to make a deposit or rental payment by credit card through PayPal:
- Log in to your PayPal account and use the Send Money feature, entering the owner's email address, ywenterprises@yahoo.com, and the amount you owe. Make sure the Currency option is set at “USD - U.S. Dollars.”
- The owner may also send you an email (from email account ywenterprises@yahoo.com) requesting payment with a PayPal link through which you can make a payment.
Again, for payments of more than $750 U.S. Dollars, the renter's PayPal account must be linked to the renter's personal bank account.

Renter Self Reservation
Renters can make a reservation directly by following the procedures below:
- Check the Availability Calendar to make sure the desired dates of your stay are available.
- Review the Rental Rates section to calculate the total cost of the rental for the desired dates, including a 13% sales tax, accident insurance, and cleaning fee as appropriate.
- Send $300 (U.S. Dollars) as a deposit through your PayPal account to ywenterprises@yahoo.com. With your payment include a message with your arrival date, departure date, number of people in your party, your home address, and home and cell phone numbers. (If you prefer, you may send this information in a separate email to rent1688@yahoo.com.)
- Wait for the owner to confirm the dates and the exact cost of your rental period. Send your payment through your PayPal account to ywenterprises@yahoo.com.
- You will receive a final confirmation email from the owner.
Note: we pay a transaction fee for each deposit or rental payment received through PayPal. If you cancel a reservation, any deposit and/or rental payment sent through PayPal will be refunded minus a $15.00 (U.S. Dollars) processing fee to cover our PayPal transaction charge.
