 This is a year of 2005 brand new 4 bedroom 2 bathroom luxurious villa with a private heated pool and a spa in a upscale gated community, sleeps 8 to 10 people. It is 15 minute drive to the main gate of Disney World, 25 minutes from the Universal Studios and the Sea World, two miles from the new Champions Gate Golf Course a 36 hole championship course, 2 miles from a large supermarket Publicx, Walgreens, 10 minutes away from 24 hour Super Walmart, a variety of shops are near by.

Enjoy the upgraded luxury pool furniture, the spa is connected to the screened private heated pool. The pool also comes fitted with a child safety fence.

A pool table/ billiards table, a computer with high speed DSL internet access, a Playstation 2,BBQ gas grill, three Cable TVs, phones.  are all provided.

There are total of 4 bedrooms, and two bathrooms. One king bed, one queen bed, four twin beds which can make another two king beds, and two rollaway beds. The beauty of our two bay windows (one is in the family room, and one is in a bedroom) will bring you additional enjoyment. The interior of the house is designed, decorated, and luxuriously furnished by a professional interior designer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a beautiful separated dinning and a breakfast nook. Bed linen and towels are provided. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent are provided for your convenience. The local phone call is free. Please ask for our special discount for staying longer than 2 weeks. Referral bonus nights are also provided for introducing your relatives or friends.

It is 15 minutes away from Disney World and MGM Studios 
and approximately 25 minutes drive from sea world and Universal 
Studios.  The Florida shopping mall is just 25 minutes drive and 
there are other numerous shopping outlets, all within easy reach.  
You will be spoiled for choice! This home is located less than 2 
minutes away from the Champions Gate Golf Complex with two 
international standard courses designed by Greg Norman.  Within a 
five minute driving there is a large Publix supermarket and 
other shopping outlets. Orlando International airport is about 35 
minutes drive away.
