Detailed Driving Direction: 

From Orlando:
Take I-4 West towards Disney and Tampa. (Approx. 14 miles). Take exit 58 
Championsgate Blvd. and turn right onto Championsgate Blvd. (approx. 1 mile). This road will 
dead end into 54 Ronald Regan Parkway.
Turn right onto Ronald Regan Parkway (1.2 miles) Turn left into West Haven. Go to end and 
turn right at the roundabout. Go up the hill and the Hamlet is the second community on Left. 
As you enter the gates (not in yet) turn right onto Henley Circle. Follow it around to your 
second left which will be Richmond Drive. 3rd House on right. 

From KISSIMMEE:
Take 192 west to Route 27 south (haines city). Driving on Route 27 south about 6 miles, turn left on 
Route 54 Ronald Regan Pkwy. Drive about 0.9 mile east on Ronald Regan Pkwy, turn right to West Haven community.
Go to end and turn right at the roundabout. Go up the hill and the Hamlet is the second community on Left. 
As you enter the gates (not in yet) turn right onto Henley Circle. Follow it around to your second left 
which will be Richmond Drive. 3rd House on right. 

Note: 
Route 54 on East side of Route 27 is Ronald Regan Pkwy, Route 54 on West side of Route 27 is  Dean Still Road. 

Keycodes and Keys:

You will be given two Keycodes by email 7 days before starting your vacation. 

One keycode is used to enter the community gate. 

The other keycode is used to open key lockbox when you arrive at the house. Enter the key 
code to open the key box. Use that key to open the house. 

Please remember always leave the key in the key lockbox when you leave the house. This way 
you can avoid loosing keys when you play outside. There is a charge for loosing keys.

BBQ Gas Grill:

It is the renter's responsibility to clean it up at the end of vacation. $70.00 will be deducted from security deposit if the BBQ GAS
is not cleaned. It will be renter's responsibility to purchase the gas tank if he/she decide to use the gas grill.

• Keep computer power off when there is a Thunderstorm. And keep children from using computer whenever there is a lightening and thunderstorm.
• Keep computer power off when you leave the house.
• Shut computer power off before sleep at night time.
• Shut computer power off before leave the house
• Shut computer power off before check out of the house.
• Do not load and install any of your own software or games even if you have your own licenses.
• Downloading software is also prohibited.
• Do not copy any files, document, and personal data, credit card info etc. on vacation home computer.

Garbage Collection:
When the garbage bag filled up, please seal them and place them outside the house on garbage 
collection days and the day you leave. Garbage collection will be Monday and Thursday. Please place the
garbage bags outside the night before.

House cleaning:
The house will be cleaned after you finish your vacation. No daily cleaning unless it is 
emergency.
